Hope Score Tool
The Hope Score tool is based on the book Hope Rising: How the Science of Hope Can Change Your Life by Casey Gwinn, J.D., and Chan Hellman, Ph.D., and it measures hope, a critical predictor of well-being in individuals affected by trauma, illness, and resiliency. The Hope Score not only assesses hope but also offers practical strategies to increase it. The concept of hope, defined as the belief that the future can be brighter than the past and that individuals play a role in making it happen, is emphasized. The tool aims to help children and families understand that they can improve their own hope through their choices and actions.

The Bike Guys are passionate Advocates dedicated to bringing the joy of cycling to the children and families we serve. The bike program provides new and refurbished bikes to the children we serve, ensuring that every child has the chance to experience the freedom and excitement of riding.
